These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of music production services, audio recordings, mixing, mastering, and other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “The Services”) provided by Controlled Noise.

Orders for the “Services” can be made via e-mail, by phone or by submitting a request through the form-submission found on Controlled Noise’ pages.
Upon requesting provision of “The Services”, the customer will receive an order confirmation/offer via email. The order is binding when the customer has accepted the order confirmation/offer.

All prices are stated in DKK excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made via bank transfer.
The payment deadline is 8 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, interest will be charged according to the Danish Interest Act.

“The Services” will be delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule as stated in the order confirmation/offer.
Controlled Noisereserves the right to adjust the delivery time in case of unforeseen events, and the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Cancellations of “The Services” must be made in writing no later than 14 days before the agreed delivery date. In case of cancellation later than this, Controlled Noise reserves the right to invoice up to 100% of the agreed amount.
Changes to the order may result in adjustments to the price and delivery time.

All rights to the delivered material remain with Controlled Noise until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the rights to the finished product are transferred to the customer, unless otherwise was agreed in writing.

Controlled Noise treats all information and material from the customer as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the customer’s consent unless necessary for the performance of “The Services”.

Controlled Noise is only liable for direct losses due to errors or defects in the delivered Services.
Controlled Noise is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or other economic consequences.

Any complaints regarding “The Services” must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Controlled Noise reserves the right to rectify any errors or defects within a reasonable time frame.

Any dispute arising in connection with agreements between the customer and Controlled Noise is subject to Danish law.
Any legal proceedings must be brought before the district court of Aarhus as the court of jurisdiction.
